Agreement on the Use of the Internet Website of the Central Music School (College) of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Secondary Professional Education
The цмш.рф / cmsmoscow.ru website (hereinafter to be referred to as “the Website”) officially represents the Central Music School (College) of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory (hereinafter to be referred to as “the School”) on the Internet worldwide.
The Website has been created as an informational, referential, scientific, enlightening and image resource. The Website’s main goal is to promote the School’s achievements on the Internet.
The Website’s content includes materials favoring the achievement of goals and tasks of the School’s development, set out in its Charter and Development Concept, in the most efficient manner. The Website is designed to work for an indefinite period of time.
This agreement on the use of the Website (hereinafter to be referred to as “the Agreement”) shall constitute the principles of using the Website whose information you are currently looking at.
The Agreement construes “the Visitor” as an individual who is having an access to the Website content through any informational and/or telecommunication network.
Responsibilities of the Visitor
The Visitor shall be obligated to use the Website only for purposes that do not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Website contains copyrighted materials, such as texts, photos, other images, etc. At the same time, the whole Website’s content is protected by the copyright law as a work created collectively, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright and allied rights.
The School shall enjoy both the copyright to select, to place, to sort and to transform data contained on the Website, as well as the copyright for the initial data themselves, except for cases stipulated specifically by this Agreement or marked separately in the content of materials published on the Website.
Materials containing personal data have been collected and processed according to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” dated the 27th of July 2006.
No use of such materials, including their copying to, placement at, or publishing in, any other Internet resources or handbooks, etc., without consent of the entity that provided the information to the Website or of the carrier of the personal data shall be allowed.
The School is deemed to be the owner of all information about its activities published on the Website. No use of such information for any purposes beyond the personal ones shall be allowed without the School’s consent.
If reprinted, reference to the цмш.рф / cmsmoscow.ru Website is required. Placement of references to the Website is allowed.
Neither the School and its employees, nor the producers and suppliers of the content shall guarantee the absence of mistakes or the Website continuous functioning. Besides, the above-mentioned persons shall not give any guarantees either about possible results of the Website use or about the accuracy, authenticity and nature of any kind of information, services or products revealed through the Website.
The Website services shall be rendered “as are”, with no direct or indirect guarantees, including the guarantee of applicability for any concrete purposes.
Under no circumstances shall either the School or any persons involved into the making, producing or distributing the Website products or software be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to losses caused by any consequences of the Website use, as well as losses from the payment of penalties arisen with regard to the use or the impossibility to use the Website.
The School shall not be liable for the work of references to any other websites from the цмш.рф / cmsmoscow.ru Website.
The School shall enjoy its right to collect information about the IPs, time of visits and other accessible data of the Website Visitors and shall guarantee that these data will not be disclosed either in full or in any part, as well as shall guarantee that they will only be used for the purposes of preventing illegal actions, keeping statistical records and securing the Website mailing list functioning.
The Visitor shall recognize that he/she is aware of all terms of the Agreement and thus voluntarily assumes upon himself/herself all limitations, restrictions and liabilities thereunder.
The Visitor shall recognize that he/she is aware of the fact that the Agreement content may be changed and that he/she will not be informed thereof.
